| Debra K. Hepner joined the firm in 2003, and brought with her 15 years of experience working on a variety of architectural and interiors projects. Her project experience focuses on the programming, space planning, design, project management, production, and construction administration of interior and architectural projects including institutional, corporate, retail, hospitality, multi-family, commercial interiors and space planning. As project manager she has been the lead client contact and coordinator for the project team.
Noteworthy projects for which Ms. Hepner has served in this capacity include the Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union Call Center, Corporate Headquarters for Granite Services - A Subsidiary of GE Power, Offices for Kobrin Builders Supply in Tampa and Sarasota, Palm Lakes Executive Center, Ellision Residence, Marcus Residence, Franzblau Residence, Glinsky Residence and the Solutions Bridal Gallery; and the Interiors of Member Service Centers for Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union, the Addition and Renovation to the University of South Florida Alumni Center, the Capital Center, and the Voctory Lofts Apartments. |
