Over ninety percent of our commissions are with repeat or continuing clients.

Time and Money are always foremost concerns in the development of strategies for the design and construction of a new project. We have a keen understanding and respect for those issues and we know that our clients don't like surprises. An in-house project management system has been developed as a guideline for control of the entire design/delivery process and although we cannot absolutely guarantee your budget or schedule, we can guarantee that we'll work with you to anticipate and minimize problems before they occur.

For that reason, our project teams are carefully structured to bring together the very best combination of enthusiasm, dedication and professional expertise for your work. We are committed to the notion that absolutely nothing outweighs the importance of personal relationships: that's exactly why you will find that the people you work with during the formulation of your project's design will be the very same people you'll see on the job site during construction. They're also the same people you'll come to rely upon after you move in... we learned long ago that the thing our clients usually remember most about us is the last thing we do for them.
